Flex Business Solutions, a consulting firm in support of a group of USA Companies in Construction Services, is looking for Architects to join their team.

You will have the opportunity to work on an engaging workflow, which will add value and experience to your knowledge and portfolio.

Detyrat

Responsibilities:

  • Part of an Architectural and Engineering team responsible for the development of production 3D rendering and specification from construction documentation.
  • Develops designs in coordination with client requirements, specifications, and goals.
  • 3D modeling and rendering.
  • Work collaboratively with the New York office staff.
  • Work with Project Managers and Project Architects to prepare presentations and produce documents through to the construction phase.
  • Proficient with Revit and AutoCAD.

Kualifikimet

Qualifications:

  • Excellent written/spoken English.
  • Architecture Degree.
  • Complete knowledge of construction drawings standards.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience.
  • Strong Design, computer, technical and graphical skills.
  • Attention to details, highly organized, great communication and collaboration with teamwork.
  • Dynamic and multitasking for the A & E office.
