We are looking for a colleague in the Corporate Business area  to develop and manage a profitable banking relationship with Public Institution, Central & Local Government.

Detyrat

As a Relationship Manager, you will act as a reference person in the Bank for all portfolio customers- (Ngo-s, public and central organizations), approaching and keeping continuous contact with them, offering the full range of banking products.

• Approach proactively existing and potential clients and present the accurate image of the Bank as well as the services offered.
• Implement the sales activity as defined in the Corporate Strategy and oriented from the Department Head
• Prepares tailored and proper product package for the corporate customers upon the customer needs, in collaboration with Product Management.
• Follows up all portfolio customers’ requirements and coordinates with other departments with purpose finalization of the deal;
• Cross selling of other products of the bank (Leasing, Retail and Premium products) to corporate customers;
• Follows up daily issues of the respective portfolio customers with the bank transactions;
• Assist in coordination of relationship between customers of respective portfolio and other segments of the bank;

Kualifikimet

• University Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields.
• At least 3-4 yrs of previous working experience in sales and banking knowledge environment is preferable.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Good team player, and able to adapt quickly to a new and dynamic environment.
• Practical and analytical skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and result oriented.
• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office package.
