Are you an experienced Sales Executive with strong leadership skills? Europcar, operating in Albania under Tendence 3A, is seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive Supervisor to lead and inspire our sales team. As a key player in driving growth and success, you will be responsible for overseeing the performance of a team of sales executives while ensuring that our customers receive exceptional service and our business goals are achieved.

Key Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise, coach, and motivate a team of sales executives to achieve maximum sales performance and meet business targets.
• Sales Performance Monitoring: Regularly monitor and evaluate the sales performance of the team, ensuring KPIs and sales targets are met consistently.
• Training & Development: Identify training needs and provide ongoing support to the sales team to improve product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills.
• Customer Relationships: Oversee the development of long-term relationships with clients, ensuring that both new and existing customers are consistently provided with exceptional service.
• Operational Excellence: Ensure the effective use of all sales processes and follow-up procedures, ensuring smooth vehicle rental operations.
• Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular reports on team performance, sales profitability, and customer feedback, contributing to business strategy and decision-making.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any team or customer-related issues, maintaining a positive and productive work environment.

Kualifikimet

Your Skills:

• Proven experience in a sales management or supervisory role, preferably within the vehicle rental or retail industry.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a sales team effectively.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to coach and develop others.
• Target-driven with a results-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
• Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
• Strong command of English (both written and spoken).
• Ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and adjust strategies accordingly.
• Hold a current driving license class B.
