Our company headquarter is in Rumania, with 4 different production plant in Turkey (Istanbul, Ankara, Mersin, Izmir).

We are involved in production of Firefighter body, Rescue vehicle, Garbage Compactor body, Garbage Trailer,  ambulances, police vehicle, different tankers such as water, sewer ect, tipper, hook lift, Concrete Mixer, ect and many other products according to customer needs!

Detyrat

• Keeping contact with staff, suppliers, and clients.
• Organizing accommodation and arranging appointments for staff members.
• Preparing letters, presentations, and reports.
• processing invoices and managing office budgets
• Managing office budgets.
• Keeping personnel records.
• Keeping contact with outside
• Organizing meetings and managing databases
• Implementing and maintaining procedures/office administrative systems.
• Plans of materials to be purchased (stationery, marketing items, etc.) also plans all materials related to hygiene and cleanliness.
• Is responsible for identifying potential clients and presenting the products of the projects in charge.
• Creates personalized offers with customers by matching customer needs with the type of product the company offers.
• Drafts the respective contracts and follows the sales process according to the established procedures.

Kualifikimet

• A bachelor’s degree for Finance or Business administration
• Min 2 year of experience in related field, or sales field
• Fluent in English. Second language it will be an advantage.
• Computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills
• Is advantage who know Automotive Sector
