What will you do:

• You will be primarily responsible for the correct operating of all functions of the monitoring centre.
• This includes monitoring, response and reporting activities of all Monitoring centre processes.
• Monitoring centre officer is responsible to assure that the processes of monitoring are up and running, all events are correctly handled in due time and escalated as required.

Detyrat

• Follow processes to centrally handle Security issues (where MC is main point of contact) and escalating/dispatching accordingly internally and/or to external related third parties (law enforcement, private security, fire protection etc.);
• Ensure that entire electronic protection systems are up and running;
• Perform Monitoring processes on Security Information Event Management Platform and take measures accordingly in case of Information Security Incidents;
• Handle security alerts based on thresholds and criticality, according to internal security practices;
• Perform branch security compliance check according to security compliance procedures/regulations/processes;
• Reporting Create reports to describe an accurate state of different security aspects;
• Create reports based on the monitored activities and security practices (local and group);
• Provide intelligence information to internal authorized units on data subjects or areas as requested;
• Generate and provide camera footage and/or relevant event information as per internal procedures to authorized internal and external parties.

Kualifikimet

Competencies / Skills:

• Univestity degree – computer engineering or related;
• At least 2 years of experience in different IT areas, experience in information security is an advantage;
• Very good knowledge of current trends and developments in the area of IT and security ;
• Very good analytical skills;
• Ability to deal with emergency issues using proper judgement;
• Able to perform research on specific topics, and work independently;
• Excellent communicating skills;
• Very good team player;
• Experience in Banking environment is an advantage;
• Excellent command of english (written and spoken);
• Assume responsibility and take necessary actions for problem resolution.
