We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about customer service and providing exceptional candidate and employee experiences. This position  will be responsible to support the human resources department and overall front office activities, including reception area, mail, purchasing and facilities.

Working hours 2:30pm-10:30pm

 

 


Detyrat

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Support to the Human Resources team;
  • Assist with the day-to-day operations including filing, compiling and maintaining employee records (paper and electronic);
  • Maintains the integrity and confidentiality of human resource files and information;
  • Manage posting position on various job boards;
  • Assist in the recruitment process by managing candidate database, scheduling interviews and completing employment verifications;
  • Coordinate HR projects such as meetings, trainings, orientation, surveys and social events;
  • Perform data entry in the HR database for new hires, changes, terminations and benefits;
  • Run reports from HRIS and timekeeper systems;
  • Calendar management for VP of Operations/HR and Global HR SVP;
  • Manage the reception area to ensure effective telephone and mail communication, maintain professional image;
  • Greet and direct visitors to the company in a friendly and professional manner;
  • Responsible for the facilities day to day operations;
  • Ensure physical appearance of office is maintained, clean and neat;
  • Order office supplies and provide inventory control system;
  • May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

Kualifikimet

Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

  • B2 English level proficiency and fluency;
  • BA degree required or equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of a degree;
  • 1-year related work experience required;
  • Skilled at multi-tasking; able to coordinate, organize, prioritize and execute responsibilities in the face of conflicting priorities and unexpected situations;
  • Ability to effectively handle and meet deadlines in a fast-paced office;
  • Fluency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google docs;
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, Strong phone presence is a must;
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills is a must;
  • Strong work ethic and team player;
  • High level of discretion, ability to control and protect highly confidential information.
