Overall scope of the position:

Assumption of full responsibility for leading a team of Medical Representatives to achieve the company's marketing objectives, by effectively communicating and promoting the products, as well as their performance optimization. This includes managing the marketing team, monitoring their performance, developing marketing strategies, and ensuring that the team is equipped with necessary tools and knowledge to achieve the target, while maintaining and improving the reputation of the Company in care for patients

Kualifikimet

Required experience, qualifications, and attributes:

• Previous working experience in a similar position, pharmaceutical industry would be preferred.
• High academic education, in related field.
• Good knowledge of English language and/or other ones.
• Clear driving license.
• Ability to operate MS Office and other business management systems.
• Person with high integrity, strong leadership and communication skills, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and a solid understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and related regulations. Creative and oriented towards innovative solutions. Strong belief in the contribution and values added to the overall company scope as well as ability to set and maintain high standards and objectives for both individual and collaborators work.
