We are growing and have an open position as a Customer Support Representative German and English.
   

Detyrat

Responsabilities:

• Providing Customer Support for the website users.
• Handle support inquiries via email/chat.
• Work with information concerning inquiries,confirmations, and complaints.

Kualifikimet

Skills and Qualifications:

• Excellent written skills in German and English (Advanced/upper intermediate)
• Basic technical background (strong experience in using apps)
• Proactive approach, empathetic individuals, problem-solving skills
