Civil Legal Manager, this position will be responsible for providing legal advice on a day to day basis to the various functions and departments of the company, on a wide range of civil law, labour and property related matter.

Detyrat

Major Activities:

• The responsibilities include but not limited to: Drafting and vetting of routine contracts pertaining to property, license, non-disclosure agreements, intellectual property rights etc., vetting tender documents, handling arbitration.
• Management of all Consultant Contracts.
•  Prepare legal contracts according to the needed business function.
•  Coordinating with Legal Consultants or liaising agencies for legal cases and dispute resolutions.
• Follow up with Advocates for updating of legal cases.
• Follow up with concerned officer to attend the court.
• Providing legal assistance to the Human Resources team for employment matters and contract to draft for employment and other related matters.
• Coordinating with the management for consultation and strategic direction with compliance related to contractual, legal, and regulatory obligations.
• Drafting and review of downstream contracts (Subcontracts, Supply agreements, Purchase orders).
• Preparation of Contract Management Plans and guides for Project teams

Kualifikimet

Job Requirements

•  Possess a Bachelor Degree / Master in Law.
• At least 7 years of experience in similar positions.
• Ability to identify and analyze complex issues / problems in management areas, and recommend and implement solutions
• Displays excellent supervisory and leadership skills.
• Creativity problem solving
• Has the ability to evaluate and weigh all legal aspects and / or situation, and be able to provide sound solutions, with the ultimate aim of protecting the legal rights of the
• Ability to handle high-pressure situations.
