Your key responsibilities
- Delivering the software solution by exceeding client expectation
- Documenting the clients needs and testing scenarios
- Following the training of the staff and the way the client uses the software
- Monitoring the service delivered and contentiously improving the quality
- Contentiously testing the features and documenting scenarios
- Using automatic tests and requesting of the new ones
- Contributing to client satisfaction by promptly and effectively responding to client needs and concerns
- Developing and delivering timely, high-quality services and work products
- Communicating business needs and following up all software bugs and problems
- Identifying and reacting to risks and opportunities to improve our services
- Actively strengthening your business knowledge through clients assignments and current software developments
- Building effective long-term relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs to provide a tailored service
- Maintaining your reputation in your field by constantly updating and sharing your technical and finest practice knowledge
- Training and supporting interns and new employees
- Building educational documents and documenting procedures
- Presenting, implementing, and training the company’s accounting software
