We are looking for a Business Development & Marketing Assistant to join our team. In this role, you will perform a variety of tasks to include research target audiences, determine which platforms and influencers are relevant to our business needs, and facilitate introductory emails and calls for key members of the business.

Working hours 2:30 pm-10:30 pm

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work collaboratively with the VP of Business Development and the Marketing department.
• Conduct research for various marketing campaigns.
• Develop data-driven recommendations on media and creative strategy.
• Research various seminars, conferences, and industry events for different professions to identify the target audience.
• Reach out to potential partners, introduce our product, and set up meetings for the VP of Business Development.
• Research and compile data as it pertains to prospective and current clients.
• Liaison with the marketing team to create and coordinate marketing strategies that work across different channels.
• Keep abreast of emerging trends, technologies, and influencers.
• May be required to perform other tasks and duties reasonably related to job responsibilities.

Experience/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:

• C1 English level proficiency and fluency.;
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field a plus;
• Excellent English writing and communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail is a must;
• Excellent research skills;
• Good Excel skills;
• Creativity and resourcefulness;
• Strong work ethic;
• Energetic, friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor;
• Must be able to work independently.
